READ THESE FIRST
- If you have received something other than what you ordered – do not fill out the returns form. Please contact customer service at Sales.
- If your shipment has arrived damaged, please accept the delivery and notify us at Damaged. DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE
- If your freight carrier shipment arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and notify us at damage@directlights.net.
We will accept any product returned within 30 days of purchase, provided you comply with the following guidelines:
- Item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, etc.
- Your return must be adequately packaged and a copy of your return request form must be included inside your package.
- We do offer exchanges. Please order the item you need and return the incorrect item for a refund.
- There is no restocking charge on items returned within 30 days of purchase in new, saleable condition. Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount of free shipping items.
- ITEMS WITHOUT A PRINTED RETURN REQUEST WILL BE SENT BACK.
