Returns
Please read the following before issuing a return request.

READ THESE FIRST

  • If you have received something other than what you ordered – do not fill out the returns form. Please contact customer service at Sales.
  • If your shipment has arrived damaged, please accept the delivery and notify us at Damaged. DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE
  • If your freight carrier shipment arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and notify us at damage@directlights.net.

We will accept any product returned within 30 days of purchase, provided you comply with the following guidelines:

  • Item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, etc.  
  • Your return must be adequately packaged and a copy of your return request form must be included inside your package.
  • We do offer exchanges. Please order the item you need and return the incorrect item for a refund.
  • There is no restocking charge on items returned within 30 days of purchase in new, saleable condition. Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount of free shipping items.
  • ITEMS WITHOUT A PRINTED RETURN REQUEST WILL BE SENT BACK.
